RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/05/1999, No. 185, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within and no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, informing the merchant of his intention to make use of this right in one of the following ways: e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The goods must be returned intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging, at the Buyer's expense within and no later than 15 days from the subsequent communication by the Supplier of the authorization to return the goods.
The Supplier will credit the Purchaser with the amount of the products as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which the Supplier became aware of the Buyer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, making a bank transfer to the Buyer's current account, or by reversing the online transaction with a credit card (depending on the payment method used by the Buyer).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
